Terms of Service

Anantik is an inventory management platform built for Indian retail chains. It enables business owners and their staff to manage stock across multiple store locations in real time using mobile barcode scanning, invoicing, and warehouse transfer tools.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Anantik. By using our services, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.

Creating an account does not guarantee access to the platform. We review and manually approve each business account before granting access. We reserve the right to decline any account application without obligation to provide a reason.

Once approved, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@anantik.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial beginning from the date of account approval. No payment is required during the trial period.

• At the end of the trial, access is suspended until a subscription is purchased.
• Trial data is retained for 30 days after expiry; you may export it during this period.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offering at any time.

Anantik offers annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as set out in your Order Form or as quoted by Anantik.

• Subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.
• The full annual fee is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
• All fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 45 days' written notice to existing subscribers.
• Accounts with overdue payments of more than 30 days may be suspended with 7 days' prior notice.

You agree not to:

• Use Anantik for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the platform
• Upload harmful, misleading, or fraudulent data
• Resell or sublicense access to Anantik without our written consent
• Use Anantik to build a competing product or service

You own the data you input into Anantik — your product catalog, inventory records, invoices, and customer information. We do not sell your data to third parties. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

All intellectual property in the Anantik platform — including the software, design, trademarks, and content — belongs to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the platform as described.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anantik's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Anantik is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any data processed through the platform.

If a dispute arises between you and Anantik, we ask that you first contact us at support@anantik.com and allow 30 days for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, conducted in English by a single arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved by arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana as described in Section 11. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of Anantik after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Anantik at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from the settings page.
